1) All vents are built to order and all sales are considered final, except due to manufacture error. If however, the wrong vent was shipped due to the customer ordering the wrong size, we will gladly make a new vent to your new specifications at a reduced prize.
2) Large orders shipped are charged on a case by case basis and other carriers may be employed.
